app doesnt function on the road

While out on the roadway trying to report a location the app keeps telling me I have to connect to a 3G network and wont let me continue. My phone indicates I am already connected on a 3G network. As a result it isnt functional for me. I submitted this comment via the feedback button in the app but apparently that email server has been shut down because my email has bounced several times now. Non-functioning app...bye bye.
